*Now Accepting Members for Religious Trauma Group*

Religious Trauma Therapy Group
A space for healing, connection, and discovering your voice.
If you’ve been hurt by a religious or spiritual environment—whether through overt harm or subtle, chronic messages that left you feeling ashamed, afraid, or not enough—you’re not alone.

Religious trauma can leave deep marks:
-
A harsh inner critic
-
Chronic shame or guilt
-
Fear of punishment or abandonment
-
Struggles with identity, autonomy, or self-trust
-
Grief over lost community or beliefs
-
A lingering sense that something’s “wrong” with you

This group is for those navigating the aftermath of spiritual harm and longing for a place to process, connect, and begin healing in the company of others who get it.

What to Expect
This group will be a mix of support and process. That means:
-
A safe space to speak your story (as much or as little as feels right)
-
Gentle exploration of what you’re carrying
-
Opportunities to reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been silenced
-
Relational connection with others who’ve had similar experiences
-
An atmosphere of respect, consent, and curiosity—no pressure to believe, explain, or justify

This is not a group that will push you toward a specific belief system or path. Instead, we’ll make space for whatever is true for you—doubt, hope, anger, grief, and everything in between.
